Promotional Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the MSwim Promotional Terms and Conditions page. Please review the following terms carefully before participating in our promotions. By engaging in any promotional activity, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. General Terms

Promotions are valid only for the specified duration and cannot be applied retroactively or combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly stated.
Promotions are available while supplies last. MSwim reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

Promotions are open to customers aged 18 and older.
Employees of MSwim and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Discount Codes

Discount codes must be entered at checkout to be applied to the order.
Each discount code is valid for a single use per customer unless stated otherwise.
Discount codes cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase gift cards.

4. Pre-Order Promotions

Pre-order promotions require full payment at the time of order.
Estimated delivery dates for pre-order items are provided at the time of purchase but are subject to change based on production schedules and availability.
In the event of a significant delay, customers will be notified and given the option to cancel their pre-order for a full refund.

5. Free Shipping Offers

Free shipping promotions are valid for standard shipping only unless stated otherwise.
Free shipping is applicable to qualifying orders that meet the specified minimum purchase requirement.
The minimum purchase requirement for free shipping excludes taxes, duties, and gift card purchases.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Items purchased during promotional periods are subject to our standard return and exchange policy.
If a promotional discount was applied to the original purchase, the refund or exchange amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Items received as part of a gift with purchase promotion must be returned if the original item is returned. If the gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund.

7. Gift with Purchase

Gift with purchase promotions are valid while supplies last.
The gift is not redeemable for cash, nor can it be exchanged or returned for a refund.
If the qualifying purchase is returned, the gift must also be returned. If the gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund.

8. Contests and Giveaways

No purchase is necessary to enter contests or giveaways unless stated otherwise.
Winners will be selected randomly unless stated otherwise.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
MSwim reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable.

9. Referral Programs

Referral discounts are applicable to new customers only.
Referrers and referees must comply with all terms and conditions of the referral program to qualify for the discount.
Referral discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

10. Miscellaneous

MSwim reserves the right to modify these promotional terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
In case of any dispute, MSwim’s decision will be final and binding.
